He has experience with Cisco CallManager, Cisco CallManager Express, Cisco Unity and Unity Connection plus routing, switching and security. Certifications: Avaya Certified Associate (ACA) Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP) Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with DBA (MCSE DBA) Distinctions: Adam is certified with Secure Computing’s product line, various solution-specific product specializations and is currently studying for the Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) exam.
